If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions to our returns and refund policy:
– Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
– Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
– Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use or sharing with others.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Items will be despatched the next business working day. Items are sent electronically e.g. email or website download.
You will be advised when the item has been sent to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
