Fresh Bites fills the gap for healthy, fresh and convenient ready-meals within the grocery stores, allowing more families to eat better together…Problem
New to the retail grocery segment, Fresh Bites struggled with internal resources who were skilled and experienced to develop a category development plan and a retail sales presentation – Woolworths, Coles, IGA, and independents. Category Presentation and Launch Marketing
Context
Wings & Horns is a new brand to the Australian wine and liquor industry. In partnership with growers and producers of premium South Australian wine brands, to access emerging wine trends from consumers of ready-to-drink quality wine, in competition to craft beers and pre-mixed spirits.
Problem
As an established player in the liquor industry, Wings & Horn’s wine partners are already recognised for their quality wine labels. However, as Wings & Horns was a new brand with added complexities of introducing a new retail concept e.g. ready-to-drink ‘wine in a can’ the business would need some additional marketing skills and industry expertise.
Solution
rev™ Branding created a category sales kit and digital brand launch strategy that could be used to present this new retail drink concept to leading beverage retailers like Dan Murphys.
The plan included a brand storyboard, category presentation kit, and digital marketing support plan that incorporated ‘paid search’ (Cartology) campaign marketing on the Endeavour Marketplace platform.

Bremer Valley Realty opened its doors in 2002. After a long and proven history in Rosewood Qld, they are now recognised as the area’s ‘premier independent real estate agency,’ with an outstanding record of 1000+ property sales currently boasting over 300 rental properties. Wanting to continue the tradition, Emma and Stuart, the existing sales team, decided to invest in the business.
Problem
As new owners of an 18+ year old business in regional Queensland, Emma and Stuart recognised that they need to invest in new business branding and upgrade to the latest digital business systems that could vastly improve how they interact with clients and provide property marketing and sales services.
Solution
rev™ Branding has was engaged to provide their business with brand development, brand marketing and digital transformation services. As part of our Brand Optimisation Service, we started with a brand audit and continued to use this research to develop a strategic brand identity, offer and messaging program. Our digital transformation services provide a system upgrade and configuration service to ensure the business is armed with a robust digital marketing calvary.
Outcome
Emma and Stuart officially took over the business in August. Working with rev™ Branding, on day one, they had a new and targeted brand message, logo, company profile, and service offering that catered to existing clients but also allowed their business to scale and grow. The new brand identity integrated the core brand values of Emma and Stuart, being local, proven, and trusted.
Bremer Valley Realty’s digital presence and online engagement have also been upgraded across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, as well as their rebranded business website.
Product Launch and Marketing
Context
General Mills, a leading FMCG product innovator, launches dozens of new lines to the Australian and New Zealand grocery sector each year. With speed-to-market a key factor that drives any product launch, it’s crucial that brand manufacturers have a robust process to support product development, category marketing, trade execution, and brand launch.
Problem
With numerous people and departments both locally and globally contributing to different parts of the launch process, new products or range extensions must meet compliance with a set of industry standards and customer mandates. Having the right skills, expertise, and systems will minimise any roadblocks and avoid missing lucrative launch timelines.
Solution
rev™ Branding has been working with General Mills for over 15-years, providing NPD and Launch Advisory services. Our team ensure the master data associated with products sold through retail channels is validated, reviewed and approved for syndication across GS1 data pools such as the National Product Catalogue (NPC) to support in-store and eCommerce requirements for Woolworths, Coles, and IGA.

Business Mentoring
Context
Location Co began its life 12-months ago by a team of surfing enthusiasts who were looking to market and sell surf-related products. As part of their core product offer, Location Co-created a range of surf waxes to suit the best surfing conditions, e.g. cold, warm and tropical water temperatures.
Problem
Location Co-Director, Mr Matt Bishop has incredible passion and knowledge for the surf industry but doesn’t have the experience within start-up businesses and how to market them. Matt needed a Business Mentor who would listen to his ideas and advise him on the best way to implement these. Matt needed guidance to commercialise his business model and then build the go-to-market strategy.
Solution
rev™ Branding was engaged by Location Co as their Business Mentor and Coach. Each month, Matt met with Rob to develop and refine the Location Co business model, their marketing, their tactics strategy, as well as their sales and distribution model.
Outcome
By combining Location Co’s amazing surf products and passion with the business marketing and sales expertise provided by Robert Durrant, Location Co was able to grow their business by 600% in the first 3-months.
Matt now has a solid growth plan, marketing, and sales tools in place, as well as business mentoring support that allows him to engage and onboard new retail customers with confidence.
Digital Marketing and Social Media
Context
S.E.C Electrical is a Perth based electrical contractor who specialises in electrical but also handles all trade services associated with residential, strata or commercial fit-outs and refurbishments.
Problem
As a 6-month old trade services business, S.E.C needed assistance with their Digital Marketing. With limited time and skills in this digital marketing area, they needed help from a digital marketing agency.
Solution
S.E.C engaged rev™ Branding as a specialist business growth agency to configure their social media platforms and website, provide content for these pages, and also create a set of Facebook advertisements that could be used by them later as a template for future advertising.
Outcome
rev™ Branding built a digital marketing strategy and an advertising plan with budgets. The plan including keywords, phrases, segments, messages, offers, and also artwork. rev™ also developed a range of Facebook campaigns including promoted posts and adverts.
